첫째, 맞춤형 정보제공의 목적이 만성질환 관리의 일환임을 고려할 때, 3~6개월 단위의 정보 업데이트가 필요하다. 둘째, 정보제공 방식이 환자 스 스로 개인정보를 입력하여야 가능하므로 환자가 건강보험심사평가 홈페이지 또는 애플리케이션 접근하도록 유도하는 방안을 고안하여야 한다(예: 의료기 관을 통한 안내, TV 홍보). 셋째, 만성질환자는 대체로 연령대가 높기 때문에 지표의 개념이나 수치값에 대한 이해도가 낮다. 요약된 투약정보를 효과적인 전달하기 위해서는 도표․그림문자를 이용한 표현방식의 개발도 중요한 사 항이다. 넷째, 혈압강하제 4성분군 이상 사용비율, 권장되지 않는 병용요법 사용비율 등 임상지침에 근거한 투약정보로 확대할 수 있다. 마지막으로 효 과 평가를 위해 심·뇌혈관질환 고위험군 등록관리사업과 같이 시범지역에의 우선 제공을 고려해볼 수 있다.
