o 아시아 제1의 벤처허브 구현을 위한 창조경제밸리 조성방안 연구

2. 연구 목적 및 필요성

o 연구의 목적

- 우수 인력 확보가 용이하고 시장 접근성, 기업 간 네트워크 및 융합 환경이 우수한 판교에 ‘창조경제 밸리’를 구축하기 위한 창 조경제 생태계 조성 방안 수행

o 연구의 필요성

- 정부지원으로 인한 일시적 벤처․창업 활성화가 아닌, 자생적 벤 처 생태계 인프라 조성을 위한 정책연구 필요

3. 연구의 구성 및 범위

o 세계 각국의 성공사례 벤치마킹을 통한 성공요인 분석

o 과거 테헤란 밸리, 대덕 특구의 사례를 비추어 문제점 분석 및 개 선방안 도출

o 입지 선정 및 타당성 분석

o 벤처 생태계 성장과 더불어 밸리내 거주민 및 방문객의 정주여건 개선을 위한 문화 생활환경 개선방안 등을 포함한 창조경제밸리 구현을 위한 추진방향 및 추진과제 도출

2. Purpose and Importance of Research

o Purpose of Research

- Pangyo is the suitable place for Creative Economic Valley in terms of highly proficient employees, market accessibility, a strong network system across enterprises and convergence.

o Importance of Research

- Fallacy research is necessary to develop an infrastructure of venture ecosystem to help start-up enterprises sustain independent growth as opposed to temporarily vitalizations from government support.

3. Contents and Scope of Research

o Analyzing the key successful factors by benchmarking successful cases abroad.

o Analyze of the shortcomes referring to Daeduk Innopolis and Teheran Valley derive improvement plan

o Location selection and its feasibility

o Along with the development of the Venture Ecosystem, a direction on plan for improving the life style of residences. Enhancing the cultural environment for people to visit and settle down. For example, malls, hotels, restaurants, and etc.
