한국의 횟집에 대해 이야기해 주세요.
나는 회를 무척 좋아한다. 나같이 회를 좋아하는 한 국인들은 매우 많다. 그래서 주변에 어디에나 횟집 이 있다. 꽤 고급스러운 횟집도 있지만, 가격대가 덜 비싼 곳도 있다.
횟집에 가면, 일단 어종을 골라서 회를 주문하게 된 다. 어떤 생선인지에 따라서 가격이 천차만별이다.
그러고 나면, 먼저 식전 요리가 다양하게 많이 나온 다. 신선한 해산물이 많이 나온다. 멍게, 해삼, 성 게, 전복 등이 자주 등장하는 음식들이다.
나는 성게 알을 가장 좋아한다. 횟집에서는 주로 두 가지 종류의 소스를 준다. 하나는 간장이고, 또 하 나는 초고추장이다.
톡 쏘는 맛을 가미하려면 이 소스에 고추냉이 한 덩 어리를 섞으면 된다. 회를 먹은 후에, 사람들은 보 통 매운탕과 밥을 먹는다. 물론, 회는 술 안주로도 매우 좋아서, 많은 사람들이 회화 함께 거의 항상 술을 가볍게 마시게 되는 경우가 많다.

sea urchin roe 성게 알
식용 알이라는 의미로 egg 라는 단어는 닭이나 오 리, 거위 등 조류의 경우에만 사용한다. 한편, 생선 이나 갑각류 등 해산물의 알은 egg 가 아니라 roe 라는 단어를 사용한다.
