Th ir d , w e h ad a series of con feren ces w ith sp ecialist s

in th is area su ch as p rofessors, research ers, an d officials from m in istries.

Th e resu lts of th e stu d y are su m m arized as follow s;

First, w e id en tified sever al gen er al ch aracteristics for v ocation al ed u cation an d tr ain in g in d icator s. Th e resu lt im p lies th at v ocation al ed u cation an d train in g in d icat ors sh ou ld com bin e n orm ativ e w ith d escrip tive n atu res, objective w ith su bjectiv e v ariables, ev alu atin g w ith p red ict able fu n ction s, an d tim e-serial w ith in tern ation ally com p ar able in d icat ors.
