아파트 재개발에 대해 이야기해 주세요.

한국에서는 지은 지 오래된 아파트들을 재개발하는 경우가 많다. 주로 30년 가까이 되었거나 그 이상 된 정말 오래된 아파트들이 그 대상이다.재개발에 대한 정부 승인이 나면, 일단 지역 주민들이 조합을 이루어 재개발을 시행할 건설사를 선정한다. 아파 트가 새롭게 지어지고, 주민들은 분양권을 하나씩 받게 된다.

남는 세대들의 분양권은 시세에 맞게 팔리고, 건설 사들은 이것으로 수익을 내게 된다. 전국 각지에서 이러한 재개발은 꾸준히 이루어지고 있다.

주거 환경 개선을 가져 오는 등 장점이 많은 것은 사실이지만, 개발사를 결정하는 단계에서는 과열 경쟁 양상 등의 부정적인 면도 없지 않다.

방향감각을 잃었어.

A: 어느 방향으로 갈까?

B: 모르겠어. 방향감각을 잃었어.

A: 너 이 동네에서 자라지 않았어?

B: 맞는데, 아파트들이 다 재개발됐어.
