Language Requirements
English language proficiency as demonstrated by a TOEFL score of 500 PBT, 173 CBT, 61 iBT; or an IELTS score of 5.0
Eligibility
- Second year and above.
- Minimum of 3.0 on a 4-point scale or through approval of the
concerned College at UAEU.
- Courses offered by the College of Medicine and Health Sciences are NOT open to exchange students.
- The summer term (May-July) is NOT open for the enrollment of exchange students only fall and spring semesters.
Course Load Requirements
- Credit hours per course range from 2 to 4.
- The authorized course load per semester varies from 12 to 18 credit hours.

Acceptance Packages will be sent?
- After we receive the applicant’s documents, we go through the approval process within 2 weeks and then we send you the Acceptance letter and all the information needed for students.
Do we offer Intensive Language courses specially for exchange students?
- No
Do we have special programs for exchange students?
- No special Academic programs for exchange students.
- However, we provide exchange students special orientation program in the first week they arrive.

Tuition - Tuition for exchange students is waived as per the exchange agreement
Estimate of Living Expenses
- One semester Housing cost (4 months is 5,600 AED.
- Entry visa: 204.15AED (issued by UAEU) - Medical test 250 AED (must be done in UAE) - Residence Visa: 204.15AED
- Identity Card for UAE: 170 AED
- Health Insurance Card: 600 AED.

Approximate cost of food (3 meals per day) in the Student Residence Halls: 2,000.00 AED per month. (Students pay once they go to eat, No monthly Payment for food services).- All the above-mentioned costs students will pay for it once they arrive.

The room is sharing, two exchange students in the same room and usually we assign the same nationalities in the same room.
