(5) 요. 약. 이 연구는 크게 문헌조사, 현장 직접 조사, 전문가 의견 청취 등을 통해 이루어졌다.. 친환경농업 정책과 외국의 사례 등은 국내외 문헌조사를 통해 수행하였다. 강진군 친환. 경농업의 장점과 국내 유사 사례는 현지 조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 현지 조사 수행과정. 에서는 전문가와 이해관계자의 의견을 청취하였다. 경제성 분석은 한국개발원의 경제성 분석 기준에 근거하되 현지의 실태를 감안하여 비용과 편인 추정이 이루어 졌다. 입지 분석을 위해서는 인문사회경제 현상과 지형 등의 공간분석을 실시하였다.. 강진군 군동면 석교리와 신전면 벌정리 두 후보지를 대상으로 한 장단점 분석에서 신 전면 벌정리가 우수한 후보지로 결정되었다. 강진군 군동면 석교리 일대 역시 나름의 장점을 지니고 있기는 하나 사업추진의 용이성과 친환경농업 추진 주체의 명확성, 주변. 의 관광 및 문화 자원과의 연계성 측면에서 신전면 벌정리가 우수한 것으로 분석되었다. 친환경 복합타운에 대한 경제성 분석은 사업 착수 초기 3년(2014. ·. ~2016) 간 홍보/체. 험 및 판매시설, 생산 가공시설 등 모든 시설에 대한 투자가 동시에 집중적으로 이뤄지. (6) ABSTRACT. The Feasibility Study of "Eco-Friendly, Organic Farming Town" Plan. This study aimed to examine the feasibility of the construction plan of "EcoFriendly, Organic Farming Town", which is now being planned by Gangjin county of South Korea. Before examining this plan's feasibility in full swing, authors looked into several crucial aspects of the plan in detail as this study's preliminary work: the region's capacity for the successful operation of the project, the extent of the need of the region for the substantial amount of public investment that can be given to the county when its venture for the fund becomes successful. Next, authors visited candidate sites around the county to consider where would fit the best for the project. Geographical and Socio-economic aspects of the sites and the whole region were analyzed to help the consideration process. After the provisional selection of a preferred site, space plan for the site was drawn according to its characteristics and strengths. Then this plan's feasibility would be tested through two stages: 1) economic feasibility and 2) policy-level feasibility. To test the plan's economic feasibility, the authors calculated its expected costs and benefits for the region and the society following the feasibility test standards set by Korea Development Institute. For costs, three main costs were presumed: land acquisition cost, construction cost, and operation cost. For benefits, the revenues from ticket sales, educational programs, restaurants, and agricultural product sales. In consideration of the plan's policy-level feasibility, authors looked into the patterns of consumption and the suitability of the plan according to related policies and laws. As a conclusion, while the feasibility test showed that the project can obtain profitability through attracting visitors above a certain amount, it requires concerned parties of well-thought and enduring efforts to achieve the object..
