In the USA, people eat this soup when they have a cold.
When I was a small child, I caught a very bad cold.

The hot soup warmed my body, and I slowly started to feel better.

I especially like eating her orange madeleines with a cup of tea.

Grandma’s Special Recipe: Orange Madeleines
You need : 1 cup of flour, 2/3 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, some orange peel, 1/4 cup of butter, 1/8 teaspoon of salt
1. Melt the butter and let it cool.
2. Put the eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl and beat.
3. Add the flour to the bowl and mix.
4. Add the butter and orange peel to the mixture and mix.
5. Pour the mixture into the madeleine pan.
6. Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
