If the issuing country is not one of the Apostille membership countries / regions, the document must be notarized by consular offices of the Republic of Korea within the jurisdiction.

11.A copy of Tax Payment Certificate (납세사실증명서) of the foreigner who holds the long-term stay visa (issued within 3 months)
