✪ 수동태
⑴ 능동태를 수동태로 전환하기
① He builds the houses. (3형식, 현재)
→ The houses are built by him.
목적어가 주어 자리로 (목적격 → 주격) 동사는 be + pp (시제는 be동사에 적용) 주어는 by + 목적격으로 맨 뒤로
→ 목적어가 없는 1,2형식은 수동태가 불가능
② He built the houses. (3형식, 과거)
→ The houses was built by him.
③ He will build the houses. (3형식, 미래)
→ The houses will be built by him.
조동사 동사원형 → 조동사 be pp
④ He is building the houses. (현재진행형)
→ The houses are being built by him.
be ~ing → be being pp
⑤ He has built the houses. (현재완료)
→ The houses have been built by him.
have pp → have been pp
⑥ He took good care of the kids. (동사구)
→ The kids were taken good care of by him.
→ Good care of the kids was taken by him.
⑦ He gave her a cake. (4형식A)
→ She was given a cake by him.

나머지 → to / ask, beg, require → of
buy, make, build, cook, find, get, order, sing → for

① by + 행위자의 생략(모를 때, 뻔 할 때, 중요하지 않을 때) English is spoken in HongKong (by people).

② 형태는 능동, 의미는 수동 read 읽히다(쓰여 있다) sell 팔리다 The book sells well. 책이 잘 팔린다.
③ 동작수동태와 상태수동태
① He painted the house. (→동작수동태)

② He painted the house green. (→상태수동태)

④ by 이외의 전치사를 사용하는 수동태
