우리에게도 매우 익숙한 media라는 단어는 단 수처럼 사용되지만, 사실 medium이라는 단어 의 복수 형태다. 영어권에서도 이 같은 단수와 복 수의 경계가 모호해지긴 했지만, 둘을 구분해서 사용하면 더욱 수준 높은 영어를 구사할 수 있다.
