1) 현지 입양인 및 입양가족 모국어 교육
1) Provide Korean class for overseas adoptees and their family members
2) 입양가족 캠프 등을 통한 한국 문화체험 지원 2) Support adoptees to experience Korean
culture through a type of family camp 3) 현지 입양인 네트워크 지원 및 입양인 권익

3) Support adoptees to maintain or build networks each other and to protect adoptees’right
4) 입양부모모임 지원 및 입양부모 대상 한국 문화교육 사업
4) Support adoptive parents support-groups and adoptive parents oriented education program on Korean culture

2. 사업 목적 Purpose of the project
ㅇ 입양인 사후서비스 사업지원을 통하여 입양인의 정체성 확립 및 건전 한 사회인으로의 성장 및 발전을 도모
ㅇ To help adoptees establish identity
ㅇ 입양인의 생애주기를 고려, 입양인의 욕구를 충족하는 사업을 발굴하고, 입양인 개인뿐만 아니라 입양인의 전반적인 사회적 관계를 강화하고 지속성을 가지는 사업에 지원하고자 함
ㅇ To discover proper programs which can be provided for longer period of time, meet the adoptee’s needs based on their life cycle, and enhance the network between adoptees

ㅇ 총사업비 및 신청금액 등 검토 후 결정
ㅇ It will be determined after reviewing applications
* 지원액 결정 시 전년도 사업결과, 사업계획서 충실성, 공관 의견 등 고려
* Outcome of the last year program, feedback from the embassies and legations abroad, etc will be considered
4. 선정기준 및 지원대상 Selection Criteria and Qualified Organization ㅇ 선정기준 Selection Criteria
- 재외공관 의견 적극 반영(사업 선정 및 지원금액 확정 시)
- The feedback from the embassies and legations abroad will be considered when the program and the scale of funds are determined
- 전년도 결과보고서 기한을 초과한 단체의 경우 사업선정 시 지원금액 조정 가능
- The Scale of funding can be adjusted when the applicants exceed deadlines for the submission of final report last year
ㅇ 지원대상 Qualification of applicants
- 재외공관을 통해 접수된 단체에 한하여 지원 대상으로 한정
- Applicants must apply through the Korean embassies and legations abroad
- 국외 현지 자생적인 입양인 자조모임 단체
- Social support groups of adoptees voluntarily created within their adoptive countries
- ‘16년 지원 사업결과 및 현지공관 의견 검토 시 우수 사업 우선 지원 - Support the business receiving positive opinion of the embassies
and good score in 2016 preferentially
ㅇ 지원지양 또는 불가 단체 Unqualified applicants
- 기존 성과를 확인할 수 없거나, 성과가 미진함에도 프로그램이 유사한 사업
- Applicants who proposed programs that have not made sufficient outcome or the outcome was not well identified
- 전년도 지원금을 목적외로 사용하거나 추진방향이나 목적과 거리가 있는 사업
- Applicants who have utilized the last-year-funds for other purposes - 동일한 사업으로 국가ㆍ지방자치단체 또는 다른 기관으로부터 지원을
받았거나 받기로 확정된 사업
- Programs funded by other governmental organizations for the same program details
- "보조금 관리에 관한 법률" 및 "기타 법률"에 금지된 행위에 이용될 수 있는 경우
- In case that the fund is utilized for the actions against the Subsidy Management Act and other related regulations
- 정치ㆍ이념ㆍ종교적 목적에 이용될 수 있는 경우
- In case that the fund is utilized for the religious or political purposes - 1단체 1사업지원 원칙(동일단체에 2이상 사업 지원불가), 단 사업 효과가
입증되었거나 공관의 평가가 우수한 사업은 예외
- Each association and organization can be funded for only one post adoption program. But exception will be made for the programs which are well-evaluated by the embassies and legations abroad.
- 심사위원회의 심의결과에 따라 지원대상이 부적합하다고 판단되는 단체 - In case that the proposed programs are evaluated as ‘disqualified’
based on the decision of the screening committee

6. 사업 선정 : 사업계획서 심의 평가 후 선정
6. Selection of the programs: will be made after screening the applications
ㅇ 심사방법 Way of screening
- 1차 서류심사 : 사업대상 범위와 사업대상 기관의 적정성을 고려 재외공관
접수 및 사업 심사
- Initial Screening : The Korean embassies and legation will made initial evaluation on the propriety of program subjects or program details
- 2차 서류심사 : 재외공관을 통해 접수된 사업 중 심사위원회 심사 후 사업 선정
- Second screening : applications will be reviewed by the Screening Committee in Korea
ㅇ 심사기준 : 사업내용의 충실성 효과성, 수행기관의 전문성(조직 인력 구성의 전문성), 예산집행계획의 적정성 등
※ 심의위원 평균점수 60점 이하사업은 선정 제외
ㅇExamination standard : tightness of program plan, effectiveness, professionalism of executing organizations, propriety of budget execution plan.
※ Programs earn under score 60 will be excluded.
ㅇ 심사결과 적격 기관이 없을 경우 재공고하여 선정
ㅇ If there is no proper candidate, demand survey notice will be re-notify.
7. 사업 평가 Program Evaluation
ㅇ 재외공관 경유 사업 평가 시 공관장 의견 적극 반영
ㅇ Feedback from the embassies and legations will be considered importantly
ㅇ 결과내용 및 증빙서류 부실 사업 : 다음해 계속사업으로 사업 선정 시 사업선정 및 사업비 삭감 검토
ㅇ When the program outcome and final report are not sufficient
enough, it could affect the screening process and the scale of funds for the next year
- 증빙서류: 사업 진행 사진, 사업비 진행 영수증, 결과보고 내용(참여 인원, 만족도 조사 및 결과 산출 내용 등)
- Documentary evidence: pictures, receipt, final report (number of participants, the result of satisfaction survey, outcome, etc)
