Talk about housing market policies of Korea.
Housing prices are continuously rising in Korea. So 주 택 가 격 꾸 준 히 상 승 하 다 much so that it's very hard for working class 서 민 층 가 정 families to get a home to live in.

그러나 많은 사람들이 집을 하나의 재테크 수단으 로 꾸준히 활용하면서, 일부 인기 지역의 집값은 여 전히 상승하고 있다.

crack down vs. crackdown 단속하다 vs. 단속
'단속하다'라는 구동사는 crack down이라고 하고, 강세를 뒤의 down에 강하게 주고 읽는다. 반면 '단속'이라는 명사 형태는 붙 여서 crackdown이라고 하고, 강세는 crack에 강하게 주어야 한다. 이처럼 강세에 따라 품사가 달라지므로 정확한 강세를 주고 읽는 연습을 해야 한다.
