o Job Title: Security Service of the Korean Embassy
o Job Description: Guarding of the embassy premises including the office and the residence
Working hours: 24hrs / 7days
1 security guard required
o Requirement: Company holding security firm license
o Duration: 01 January 2019 – 31 December 2019 (12months)
Tender Information
o Bid Type: Public competitive bidding
o Bidder Evaluation Method: Qualification examination by the Embassy
Bidders are examined by their bidding prices and the selection criteria attached below, and need to earn at least 85 points or above from the selection criteria
Bidders will be examined their qualification based on the selection criteria in the order of their bidding price below the ‘reserved price’
beginning with the lowest bid
- Reserved Price: Average price of 4 estimated random prices that have been selected the most by bidders (bidders choose 2 out of 15 estimated random prices) - Estimated Random Price: 15 random prices (within ±2% of starting price) set by the
Embassy
- Starting Price: budget price (including GST) set by the Embassy
