Talk about where you have your lunch.

점심을 보통 어떤 곳에서 먹는지 이야기해 주세요.
나는 점심 계획이 매일 다르다. 주중에 근무할 때는 회사 동료들과 나가서 주로 먹는다. 주로 한국 음식 위주의 메뉴를 고를 때가 많다. 점심시간이 한 시간 밖에 되지 않아서, 회사 근처 식당에서 주로 밥을 먹는다.
물론, 회사 구내 식당이 있기는 하다. 단지, 매일 같 은 메뉴에 조금 질린 편이다. 날씨가 몸시 덥거나 추울 때는 때때로 구내 식당에서 먹을 때도 있다.
하지만 바람도 쐴 겸 나가서 먹는 것을 더 좋아한 다. 시간이 없어서 서둘러야 할 때는 가까운 카페에 가서 가볍게 샌드위치로 요기만 할 때도 있다. 점심 을 먹으면서 미팅을 하는 날도 종종 있다.

B: I haven't got time for that. I have to finish this report first.
A: I didn't know you were so busy. Would you like me to get you a sandwich?
B: Yes, please. Can you get me a cup of coffee, too?
A: 점심 때 중국 음식점에 갈 예정인데, 너도 같이 갈래?
B: 그럴 시간이 없어. 먼저 이 보고서부터 완성해야 돼.
A: 그렇게 바쁜 줄 몰랐네. 샌드위치라도 사다 줄까?
B: 응, 부탁할게. 커피도 한 잔 사줄 수 있어?
Korean cuisine 한식
굳이 cuisine이라는 단어를 사용하지 않고 food라 는 익숙한 단어를 써도 무방하다. 다만 food 보다 는 cuisine이 조금 더 고급스럽고 격식을 갖춰 먹 는 음식을 뜻하는 경우가 있기는 하다. 문맥에 따라 그 의미가 확실하다면 아예 '음식'이라는 뜻의 단어 를 생략하고 Korean, Chinese, Italian 등 국적 만 말해도 그 나라의 요리라는 뜻으로 의사 전달이 된다.
Bibimbap is a famous dish in Korean cuisine.
비빔밥은 한식 중에서도 유명한 음식이다.
Let's have Chinese for dinner today.
오늘 저녁은 중국 음식으로 하자.
