I use my cell phone most of the time to do social networking. In fact, the vast majority of people now use their cell phones to do Facebook or Instagram. Because these services have become more mobile-friendly. it's easier to post things with our phones. User patterns have changed because of this trend. I make status updates 24/7 as I always have my phone on me. I leave replies on other people's postings and press the LIKE button if I like a posting. I do these things on the go. It's a great way to kill time when I'm just sitting around not doing anything in particular.
저는 SNS를 할 때 거의 대부분 휴대폰을 사용합니다. 사실 요즘 대다수의 사람들이 페이스북과 인스타그램을 하 는 데 휴대폰을 사용합니다. 이런 사이트들은 휴대폰에서 사용하기 더 쉽게 되어있기 때문에 휴대폰으로 게시물을 올리는 것이 더 편리합니다. 이용자 패턴이 이런 경향 때문에 바뀌었습니다. 저는 휴대폰을 항상 지니고 있기 때문 에 언제든지 상태 업데이트를 합니다. 다른 사람의 게시물에 댓글을 남기기도 하고 그 게시물이 좋으면 ‘좋아요’ 버 튼도 누릅니다. 저는 이동하면서 주로 이런 것들을 합니다. 특별히 하는 일 없이 그냥 있을 때 시간 때우기 좋습니 다.

Meanwhile, some people make status updates several times a day. Others just do that once every now and then. It's different from person to person. Overall, social networking is a great way to follow up on your friends. It's very useful in getting to know someone as well.

인터넷상에 뭔가 게시한다는 언급을 할 때 사용하는 동사는 post이다. post up이라고 쓰기도 한다. 이러한 게시 물을 posting이라고 부른다.

I make status updates on Facebook quite often. Facebook is like my personal photo album. I post pictures on my Facebook page quite often. I leave a short comment about what the picture is about. I mention where the picture was taken. I also tag the people on the picture. I also like to post pictures of food at restaurants or nice places that I go to. Plus, I like to take selfies off and on.
I use a selfie-stick to do that these days. I post them on the spot. People leave messages on the pictures I post up, and vice versa.
저는 페이스북에 상태 업데이트를 자주 하는 편입니다. 페이스북은 제 개인 사진 앨범 같습니다. 저는 페이스북에 꽤 자주 사진을 올립니다. 어떤 사진인지 사진에 대한 짧은 설명을 남깁니다. 어디서 찍은 사진인지 언급합니다.
