다. 신청서 접수 및 발급기한
1) 영문교원자격증명서 교부원을 비치하고 신청자로 하여금 해당사항을 기록하도록 하여 제출 받도록 한다.
2) 수 수 료: 1부 당 200원
※ 사립대학은 학교의 규정에 따라 결정 가능 3) 발급기한: 접수 일을 포함하여 2일 이내에 교부
