2. Method of Bidding Conduction
A. This bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures.
B. Submission of bidding document will be accepted from dropping to bid box.
C. In case bidder apply for this bidding over twice on same bid, it will be consider as an invalid.
D. Bidding is restricted to cooperative bidders or partnerships with at least 2 more bidders.
3. Conclusion Method of Successful Bidder
A. The Bidder who submitted Maximum Bid over estimated price will be awarded as the successful bidder.
B. In case maximum bid is over two from the bidders, only above mentioned bidders can submit again and will be concluded as a successful bidder who submit higher.
4. Sales Contract and How to pay
○ Successful bidder should make a sales contract with seller and deposit the sales amount to the designated bank account immediately. If non payment on same day, it would be considered as invalid.
5. Special Concern
○ Successful bidder should do down grade of the bidding car from diplomatic to normal vehicle and all cost of transferring is shouldered by the buyer.
6. Extra Concern
A. Bidder should notify about the contents of the bidding before applying and be responsible of any occurring problem regarding of bidding.
B. Seller would not explain on bidding day and sell the bidding vehicle with current situation. Hence all bidder should check the vehicle from the parking area and recognize special or any concern regarding of vehicle before bidding. All the matters which bidder was not recognize about the bid would be responsible to bidder.
C. Successful bidder should manage the procedure like transferring ownership and down grade of the vehicle. After contract, any problem like loss or accident etc. should be the responsibility of the buyer.
D. Bidding vehicle would be for sale with current condition and the successful bidder should take over directly from seller. After taking over, all cost of delivering etc. should be responsible to buyer.
