 P.O. Box 번호로 기재된 주소는 미국 우편배송을 위해 도로명과 번지가 할당되지 않은 경우를 제외하고는 허용되지 않음. 미국우체국에서 정해준 주소는(address convention) 수용됨.

 같은 주소에서 거주하는 동거인의 진술서 – 진술인의 주소가 입증되고 진술서가 교환신청일로부터 2 개월 내에 공증되어야 함.
