for Visiting a Korean Diplomatic Mission
1. Visit the link below
- http://consul.mofa.go.kr/en/main.do
2. Click “Reservation For Foreigner”
3. Non-Membership Log In
- Please Consent to all terms and conditions. Then write your name, e-mail address, authentication number, and contact information.

4. Make a Reservation
① Select a Diplomatic Mission
: Select ‘Lagos Office of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to the Federal Republic of Nigeria’.
② Select the purpose of your visit
: Select ‘For Nigerians/Foreigners’. You may select up to five services.
③ Select the date and time of your visit
④ Check Reservation Details
: Please leave a message if you want.
You can edit notes after the reservation is made.
⑤ Enter Captcha
: Please enter the number seen on the screen.
⑥ Click ‘Make Reservation’
⑦ A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your email address.

5. Check Reservation
- Please click on the Confirmation No. to see your reservation details.
- You can check the date and time of your visit and reservation status (reserved/canceled).
- You can edit the Notes on the Reservation Details page.

6. Cancel Reservation
- You can cancel your reservation on the Check Reservation page.
- If the diplomatic mission rejects your reservation request for any reason, the reservation will be canceled and you can check the reason for the cancellation on the Check Reservation page.
