Temporarily Change of an Online Reservation Policy for Visa Service
Due to the COVID-19 situation in Thailand, the Embassy announced the online reservation for visa service to prevent the spreading of the pandemic since 11 January 2021.
The Embassy appreciates all the visitors' kind cooperation in this matter. However, many people cannot pick-up their visa which is already approved. The Embassy realizes that the online reservation for picking up the passport may cause an inconvenience to the applicants.
Therefore, the Embassy would like to announce that we temporarily allow the visa applicant to pick-up the passport without making an online reservation from 19 April 2021 onwards.
Please prepare the documents below to pick-up the passport
1. Visa Pick-up Form (It would be obtained on the application day) 2. Applicant's ID card
3. Visa Grant Notice
- In case the visa is approved, please print out the document and present it to the officer on the pick-up date.
(Please find attached the instruction)
- In case the visa is denied, the applicant doesn't need to prepare the document.
*The applicant must visit the Embassy by themself to pick-up the passport.
**The visitor who would like to apply for a visa still must make an online reservation before visiting the Embassy as usual.
