For Maintenance Service of Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Islamabad, Pakistan

1. The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Islamabad, Pakistan invites prospective bidders for the Maintenance Service of Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Islamabad, Pakistan (hereinafter referred to as “The Project”) located at Block 13, St. 29, Diplomatic Enclave II, G- 5/4, Islamabad, Pakistan. The project is to be operated with the budget of the Government of Republic of Korea.

Maintenance of Gardening (minimum 4 staffs)
Maintenance of Facility (minimum 4 staffs) i. Maintenance of overall Electrical Services.

Interested applicants, by attaching relevant information about the company profile together with similar project experience
Building Maintenance service (Completion and/or at least 50% of its progress) except warehouse and Factory will be considered as similar project experience.
4. Selection of the Successful Bidders:
Selection by Lowest Bidding Price with Eligibility Evaluation.
Only the prequalified bidders are subject to bid.
Eligibility Evaluation consist of Bid Price Evaluation of Seventy (70) Points and Performance Ability Evaluation of Thirty (30) Points. Total of One hundred (100) points
Details of Selection of the Successful Bidder will be explained at Pre-Bid Meeting.
5. The Request for Proposals (RFP):
RFP will be provided to the prequalified bidders at the Pre-Bid Meeting.

9. Consortium or Joint Venture is NOT allowed for this Bid. One Company can only submit one bid document. Several companies who have same representative are considered as one company.
2. Price Proposal shall be equal or less than the ‘Estimated Price’ and equal or more than the
‘Minimum Price’. Any bid exceeding the above limitation may result in rejection of its bid.
- ‘Estimated Price’ will be announced at the Bid Opening by a random draw and ‘Minimum Price’
will be determined based on the announced ‘Estimated Price’
- Details of Selection of the Successful Bidder, Eligibility Evaluation, Determination of ‘Estimated Price’ and ‘Minimum Price’ will be explained during the Pre-Bid Meeting.
- The final selection of company will be chosen by Embassy’s decision on not only bidding price, all evaluation but also Embassy’s internal considerations.
3. Price proposal by bidders and final contract price shall be included all Taxes including VAT for the Construction of the Project
4. The Request for Proposal (RFP) includes following documents but not limited to:

4. Attachment (All task of gardening and maintenance)
5. Language of Proposal: All documents shall be in English except the documents delivered by the government administration, bank, educational and professional organizations for the proof of Prequalification Criteria and Bid Evaluation Criteria.
6. The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Islamabad, Pakistan requires that Bidders and Contractors observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement and execution of such contracts. In pursuance of this policy, the Employer;
(a) will reject a proposal for award if it determines that the Bidder recommended for award has engaged in corrupt or fraudulent practices in competing for the contract in question.
(b) will recognize such a Contractors as ineligible, for a period determined by the Employer.
7. The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Islamabad, Pakistan will invite sealed bids from prequalified bidders.
8. The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Islamabad, Pakistan (The Employer) shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids.
9. All bidders should submit security memorandum for all documents and information from this tender. All bidders who receive bid package should return all of them at the end of tender.
10. All bidders are expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms and specifications of the bidding documents. Failure to furnish all information required by the bidding documents or submission of a bid not substantially responsive to the bidding documents in every respect shall be at the Bidder’s risk and may result in the rejection of the bid.
