Supply, Installation and Maintenance of CCTV Camera System for the Embassy of the Republic of Korea

1. Name of the Work : Supply, Installation and Maintenance of CCTV Camera 2. Venue : Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Republic of Rwanda (34 KG13

Ave(Golf Course Road), Nyarutarama, Kigali) 3. Maximum Contract Amount:

i. For supply of NVR system equipment: USD 12,899

ii. For Supply, Installation, and Maintenance of CCTV System: USD 76,876 4. Scope of the Work:

i. Supply of CCTV Camera, NVR system, and other necessary equipment as per requirements

ii. New cable laying for existing and to be replaced CCTV cameras iii. Maintenance of the CCTV system

iv. Other necessary work needed with regards to the Work 5. Specifications:

6. Warranty period :

i. At least one year from the completion of installation.

ii. Inspection should be made at least twice during the above warranty period.

7. Terms and Conditions :

i. A detailed price schedule shall be submitted by the supplier

ii. Supplier shall deposit 15% of the contract amount as a Performance Bond when signing the contract. This amount will be refunded after completion of the Work.

iii. Supplier shall deposit 3% of the contract amount as a Warranty Bond.

8. Working Period :

i. The supplier must complete its work before 24 December 2019.

ii. Supplier must follow the regulations of the Korean Embassy.

9. Penalty: If any delay happens at the cause of the supplier, the supplier will pay 0.05%

of the total contract amount to the Embassy.

10. Payment :

i. 50% advance payment will be made after the contract has been signed.

ii. Remaining amount shall be paid after the completion of the Work.

iii. The Embassy has the right to change or correct any part of the Work in discussion with the Supplier.

11. Documents to be Submitted to participate for the tender :

i. Detailed price schedule of the specifications (one each for (1) supply of NVR system equipment and (2) Supply, Installation, and Maintenance of CCTV system)

ii. Company Registration Certificate

iii. Past work records and their completion certificates
