Dear MPVA-registered patriots, veterans and their bereaved families living overseas
The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Ireland informs you that the submission of the Notarized Statement of Personal Data is due on November 20 2021. Please refer to the following information and submit the Notarized Statement of Personal Data to the Director
of Regional Office of Patriots and Veterans Affairs through overseas missions or registered(express) mail.
The Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs(MPVA) pays on 15 December 2021 the benefit that amounts to the period from the next month of previous notarization to the month of notarization of the latter half of 2021.
<IF you want to receive the benefit in check, you may be difficult to receive the check on time due to international mail restrictions caused by COVID-19, so please choose to receive the benefit by a bank account if possible>

② If you want to receive the benefit in check, please make sure that you have written the address and name in English correctly.

notary public
