MPP Program

In 2014, KDI School received accreditation from NASPAA (Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs, and Administration) for its Master of Public Policy(MPP) program demonstrating the quality of public service education. The MPP program is designed to provide global perspective and professional expertise in public policy areas. The program is highly regarded both in and outside Korea, particularly among developing nations and government officials. The faculty with outstanding research backgrounds and empirical knowledge offer a leading curriculum that integrates theory and practice.

MDP Program

Based on KDI’s hands-on experience on development policy for more than forty years, the Master of Development Policy (MDP) program offers a curriculum where students can examine various issues of socio-economic development in both theoretical and practical frameworks. The program specifically targets international professionals, including government officials, development consultants and regional specialists who wish to contribute to development policymaking. The program is also focused on fostering professionals in the field of official development assistance (ODA)

KOICA-MDI Scholarship?

KOICA-MDI Scholarship is a scholarship program designed to produce researchers for Myanmar Development Institute (MDI). Sponsored by Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), the scholarship targets Myanmarese students who want to contribute to the development of their country.

Benefits :

full tuition, monthly stipend, round-trip airfare

Program Duration :

16 months (August 2015 – December 2016)

Qualification

- Be citizens of Myanmar

- Have a bachelor’s degree in economics or related fields

Conditions of Scholarship

- Recipients should work for MDI for at least 2 years after graduation.
