서 론
거제도는육지로부터많은영양염이흘러나와기초생산력이 높기때문에다양한어류의서식처로서좋은환경적조건을갖
추고있다
(Cha, 1999).
또한조사지역인다포연안은쿠로시오해류의지류인대마난류수가제주도동부해역을통해우리나 라남해안으로유입되어동해로빠져나가는길목에위치하고 있어
(Bae and Kim, 2012),
난류성어류인전갱이,
멸치,
고등 어,
갈치등이빈번히출현하는곳이다.
이들난류성어종중 에서전갱이와멸치는동중국해에서산란을일찍시작하여,
대 마난류수를따라산란된개체들이우리나라연안까지수송된 다(Hwang et al., 2006b; Sassa et al., 2006).
수온이상승하면 우리나라연안으로접안회유하면서산란이일어나기때문에 동해와서해에비하여남해는동중국해기원의산란개체와연 안산란개체가가장혼잡하게섞여있다(Choo and Kim, 1998;
Kanaji et al., 2009).
이렇게여러개의산란집단으로이뤄진어 류개체군의구조적인특성과변동기작을보다잘이해하기위 하여어류의연안가입,
분포,
회유,
산란등과같은생태학적연 구는더욱필요하다.
정치망어업은육지가까이수심
10-40 m
의얕은지역에고정부설하여연안으로내유하는어군을대상으로다소소극적으로 어획하는어법으로
,
지형적해황특성의영향을크게받는다.
하 지만어장주변의지형과어군의행동을잘파악하여일정지역 에길그물을설치하면정착성및회유성어종에대한채집효율 을높일수있다는이점이있다(Kim et al., 2009).
최근에는지 구온난화로인한해수온상승이수산자원의서식범위에영향 을주고있어,
정치망어획물의종조성과변동특성에대한연구 는기후변동에대응하기위한자원관리방안을마련하는데근거 자료로활용되고있다(Cha, 2009a).
지금까지우리나라에서보고된정치망에의한어획물조사를
거제도 다포 연안 정치망 어획물의 종조성 및 주요 어종의 분포 특성

Species Composition and Distribution of Set-net Catches on the Coast of Dapo, Geoje Island

Fisheries Resources Management Division, National Fisheries Research and Development Institute, Busan 619-705, Korea We analyzed annual and seasonal variations in fish species composition and distribution patterns using both daily catch and quantitative analysis data collected from a set-net fishery over a period of two years (2011-2012) on the coast of Dapo, Geoje Island. Set-net fishing season in this area is from May to November, and the annual yield based on the daily catch data was 171,412 kg in 2011, and 102,611 kg in 2012. In total, there were 46 species (belonging to 36 families and 12 orders) in 2011, and 41 species (belonging to 25 families and 9 orders) in 2012. The dominant species in terms of numbers were Trachurus japonicus , Engraulis japonicus , Clupea pallasii , Scomber japonicus , and Sphyraena pinguis . The range in fork length for T. japonicus and E. japonicus was from 3.2 to 23.9 cm, and from 2.6 to 13.3 cm, respectively. The fork length of recruiting juveniles to the Dapo set-net fishing ground ranged from 4.6 to 7.8 cm (median) for T. japonicus , and from 4.1 to 5.0 cm (median) for E. japonicus . The fact that most of the fish caught from the two species were at immature growth stages implies that the coast of Dapo can act as a nursery area for these migratory species.

의제주화순연안등에서수행된연구결과가있다.
정치망어획물의변동요인과관련해서는주로수온과의상관관 계
(Cha et al., 2001; Cha et al., 2008; Cha, 2009a)
를분석하 였고,
이외에제주연안에서는조석(Kim et al., 2009),
염분,
해수유동,
월령,
풍속(Kim et al., 1999)
등의영향을살펴보았 고,
남해에서는풍향(Lee, 2012),
태풍,
해파리출현빈도(Kim et al, 2013)
등을고려하여어획량의변동특성을연구하였다.
거제도에서는능포지역정치망어획물의종조성과전갱이의 어획량과수온과의상관관계를밝힌결과만이존재한다(Cha, 2009b).
따라서,
본연구는거제도남부연안에위치하는다포 지역의정치망어업에의한어획물의종조성과주요상업어종 의분포특성을파악하여대마난류생태계의수산자원변동을 예측하는데기초자료로제공하고자한다.
재료 및 방법
본연구는
2011-2012
년동안거제도다포연안(Fig. 1)
에서정 치망어기인5
월부터11
월까지어획된일일어획자료와매월1
회에걸쳐분석한정량자료를이용하였다.
일일어획자료는어획일
,
총어획량,
주요상업어종의일일어획량등이기록되었 고,
이를바탕으로일일총어획량,
월간조업일수로나눈월별 조업일당어획량,
월별어종별어획비율을구하였다.
정량분석 자료는출현종,
개체수,
체장,
체중등을포함하였고,
총어획량 은같은날기록된일일어획자료의총량을기준으로하여환산 되었다.
연구해역에서이용한정치망은중형정치망(
소대망) 2
통으로써수심17-23 m
부근에24
시간동안설치하였다.
어구 의규격은길이254 m,
폭30 m,
길그물망목240×240 mm,
헛 통망목25×50 mm,
자루그물망목5×5 mm
이었다.
주요어종의미성어어획비율을알기위하여
,
전갱이는50%
성숙체장인가랑이체장
26.6 cm (Cha et al., 2009),
멸치는가 랑이체장9 cm (NFRDI, 2013)
미만의모든개체를미성어로 간주하였다.
어획물의월별종다양도지수(H΄)
는Shannon and Wiener (1963)
를따랐다.
출현시기별가랑이체장의변화는SPSSWIN 12.0
프로그램에서Scheffé’s multiple comparison test
의사후검정에의해동일집단군으로나누었다.
연도별체장 차이는Student’s t-test
를이용하여P<0.05
수준에서유의성을 검증하였다.
결 과
어획량 변동
거제도다포연안의정치망어업은

월에어기가시작되어11
월에끝났으며,
일일조사를통해생산된연간총어획량은2011

톤이었다.

전갱이는6-8

멸치는5
월에어획률이가장높은어종으로나타났다.
전갱이와멸치를 합한어획량은5-6
월에전체어획량의90-97% (2011
년), 76- 98% (2012
년)
로 높은어획률을 보였고, 2011
년도의10
월과2012
년도의11
월을제외하면나머지달에서도이두어종의어획률은
50%
이상이었다(Fig. 4).
어획물 종조성
매월

회에걸쳐수거한어획물을정량분석한결과, 2011
년도 에출현한종은총12
목36
과46
종이었고, 2012
년도에는다소 감소하여총9
목25
과41
종이었다.
두해의조사기간동안농어목이총
20-23
종으로가장다양하게 출현하였고,
다음으로청어목이총
5-6
종,
쏨뱅이목이총1-4
종,
살오징어목이총3-4
종,
복어목어류가총3
종,
나머지에서는1-2
종만이출현하였다(Table 1). 2011
년도다포연안정치망어업의주요어종은전 갱이였으며,
연중전체출현개체수의67.8%
를차지하였다.
다음으로멸치가
28.4%,
청어가2.7%,
고등어가0.9%,
꼬치고기 가0.1%,
나머지출현종은 모두합하여0.1%
이었다. 2012
년도에는멸치가
74.1%
를차지하면서최다출현하였고,
다음으로전갱이가
18.7%,
고등어가6.4%,
꼬치고기가0.4%,
청어가0.2%,
나머지는모두합하여0.2%
이었다(Fig. 5).
월별출현종수를살펴보면
,
먼저2011
년도의11
월은다른달 에서나타나지않았던삼치,
베도라치류,
풀미역치등을포함하여총
25
종이채집되어연중출현한종수가가장많았고, 5-10
월에는
6-17
종의범위로적게나타났다. 2012
년도에는7, 8, 11
월에망둑어류,
반딧불게르치,
세동가리돔,
청어,
인상어,
방어,
꼬치고기등이다양하게채집되면서16-17
종으로가장출현종 수가많았고, 5, 6, 9, 10
월에는4-9
종으로매우낮았다(Fig. 6a).
개체수를 이용한 종다양도지수는 우점종인 전갱이와 멸치 의출현개체수가상대적으로적고다양한종이출현했던시기 인

상대적으로가을에가장큰전갱이가다수출현 한다는것을알수있었다(Fig. 7).
전갱이의가랑이체장범위는

이두어종을합한개체수의우점율은

년도에96.2%, 2012
년도에는
92.8%
로나타나면서이지역정치망어업의대표어종임을알수있었다
.
다음으로 많이출현한어종은청어,
고 등어,
꼬치고기였으며,
이세어종을합한개체수의우점율은2011
년도에3.7%, 2012
년도에는7.0%
이었다.
나머지어종은모두
0.2%
미만으로출현하였다.
인근의거제도능포연안의2003-2004
년정치망어획물에서는총48
종이출현하였고,
생 체량면에서나타난우점종은전갱이57.5%,
갈치12.9%,
멸치10.6%,
고등어6.9%,
청어4.5%,
살오징어2.8%
의순이었다(Cha, 2009b).
본조사해역과능포연안정치망어업의공통되는우점종은전갱이
,
멸치,
고등어,
청어이며,
이들이거제도동 부와남동부연안의표층어류군집을대표하는회유성어종임을 알수있었다.
반면,
본조사해역에서저어류를주어획대상으 로하였던저인망조사에서는우점종으로줄비늘치,
칠서대,
노 랑촉수가나타났고(Youn and Shim, 2000),

고 찰
거제도다포연안에서조사기간동안정치망어업으로어획 된어획물은
