계란은 사람들이 가장 많이 먹는 식재료 중에 하나 이다. 건강에도 좋고 영양가도 높아서 건강식으로 많이 활용된다. 빵이나 과자와 같은 음식의 주재료 이기도 하다. 계란을 먹는 가장 흔한 방법은 프라이 팬에 계란 프라이를 하는 것이다. 노른자를 안 터트 리고 한 면만 익힐 수도 있고, 양면을 모두 익힐 수 도 있다. 계란을 삶는 것도 흔한 계란 조리 방식이 다. 노른자를 완전히 익히는 완숙도 있고, 반만 익

healthy 건강에 좋은
엄격하게 따지면 healthy는 원래 '건강한'을 뜻하고, '건강에 좋
은'이라는 뜻의 단어는 healthful이다. 하지만 이 둘은 영어구어
에서도 크게 구별하지 않고 사용하기 때문에 일상 대화에서는 신 경 쓰지 않아도 무방하다.Eating well and exercising makes me feel healthy.
