미각 수용체 (Taste receptors)
음식의 단맛, 신맛, 짠맛, 쓴맛에 민감함 약 3,000개의 미뢰가 대부분 혀에 존재
우리가 맛이라고 인지하는 것의 80~90%가 실제로는 후각에 기인한 것임
