Ⅱ. Admission Schedule

Ⅲ. Eligibility for Application
1. Both applicant and his/her parents must be citizens of the foreign country.
* Applicants cannot have Korean citizenship.
2. Applicants should be in good health, both mentally and physically, to stay in Korea for a long period of time.
3. Should be under 40 years of age as of September 1, 2011(After Sep. 1, 1971 birth)
4. Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree as of August 31, 2011
* For Master’s program: students who hold a Bachelor’s degree or a diploma that is equivalent to or higher than Bachelor’s degree
* For Doctoral program: students who hold a Master’s degree or a diploma that is equivalent to or higher than Master’s degree.
* Applicants who are enrolling or have already enrolled in the same academic program in Korea as the one they are applying for will not be admitted.
* Applicants who are expecting the adequate diploma should present their diploma by September 1, 2011 before entry.
5. Should have a grade point average (G.P.A.) at least more than B (on a 3.0/4.0 scale) or grades/marks/score of 80% or higher from the previous attended institution
* If the grade is difficult to convert to percentage, official explanatory documents from the attended university are required.
6. Applicants who have Korean language score(TOPIK, KLPT) or English score(TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS) in the first selection give extra points, those who only have language score.
7. If the selection score is same with competitor, applicants who applied natural sciences and engineering will be chosen first selection.

- In case of submitting copied documents inevitably, applicants must submit compare the copy to the original of recommedation institute.
- Applicants must accurately fill out the health checklist based on truth. All successful applicants must take a medical exam in Korea If the results show that the applicant is unfit to be a KGSP student, can be cancelled of KGSP selection.
- Applicants may submit the copies of published papers, if available.
- Applicants may submit the copies of awards, if available.
- Applicants who are currently studying in Korea or graduated from Korean university must submit one recommendation letter of the head of department of the relevant university.
- Integrated Master's & Doctoral Program is excepted from applying process.
- No Student is allowed to transfer school during the entire period of program once he/ she enters the school.
Ⅴ. Application Procedure
- All documents including the transcript, self introduction, study plan, language proficiency (Korean and English), recommendation, papers and awards etc.
Ⅵ . Campus Life (Residence Hall)
1. Qualifications: Every freshmen are available to live in the dorm.
2. For one semester(4 months) Fees: KRW 496,000 (Management \476,000, Deposit \20,000)
3. Facilities: 2 persons per room, a single bed (with drawers) with sheets, a desk with a book-shelf, a chair, a closet(mirror and shoe-rack attached), LAN cable, a telephone, vertical curtain, and air conditioner, cooking facility
4. Students shall prepare a blanket, a pillow, a bed pad, a cloth hanger, soaps and a toothbrush, etc.
5. Convenient Facilities: Internet room, library, gym, laundry room, common room, shower room, school store etc. (Green Village: cooking available )
6. Notice: All students who stay in the dormitory must get medical check-up before entering.
