E. 대상자의 자가관리행위에 영향을 미치는 요인
Ⅵ. 결론 및 제언
본 연구는 혈액투석을 받는 당뇨병성 신증 환자의 자가관리행위에 미치는 영향요인을 알아보기 위한 횡단적 조사연구이며 혈액투석을 받는 당뇨병성 신 증 환자의 자가관리행위를 증진시키기 위한 간호중재 프로그램의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다.
혈액투석을 받는 당뇨병성 신증 환자 109명을 대상으로 조사한 결과 자가관 리행위 정도는 최대 115점에 평균 85.03점으로 중간 이상의 점수로 나타났고, 자기효능감은 최대 36점에 평균 25.12점이었으며, 건강정보이해력은 최대 56점 에 평균 39.11점이었다. 연구대상자의 자가관리행위의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 혈액투석을 받는 당뇨병성 신증 환자의 자가관리행위와 자기효능감(r=.63, p<.0 01), 자가관리행위와 건강정보이해력(r=.31, p=.001)은 양의 상관관계가 있는 것 으로 나타났다. 연구대상자의 자가관리행위에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 자기효 능감(β=.59, p<.001), 건강정보이해력(β=.22, p=.004)이 유의한 예측요인으로 확 인되었으며(F=40.88, p<.001) 변수에 대한 설명력은 43.5%였다.

B. 제언
이상의 연구결과를 기반으로 다음과 같이 제언하고자 한다.
1. 혈액투석을 받는 당뇨병성 신증 환자의 하부영역별 자가관리행위 정도를 파 악한 후 취약 부분을 개선하기 위한 중재 전략이 필요하다.
2. 혈액투석을 받는 당뇨병성 신증 환자의 자기효능감을 강화하고 건강정보이 해력을 증진시킬 수 있는 간호중재 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하다.
3. 혈액투석을 받는 당뇨병성 신증 환자의 건강정보이해력 수준을 고려한 차별 화된 교육 자료 및 중재 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
4. 혈액투석을 받는 당뇨병성 신증 환자의 심리적 변인에 대한 연구와 정서적 지지를 증진시킬 수 있는 중재 전략이 필요하다.
5. 본 연구를 일반화 시킬 수 있도록 다양한 지역으로 확대하여 반복연구 할 것을 제언한다.
