CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD NETWORK AND CAR PARK AT KUMASI AIRPORT

CONTRACT No.: GR/GACL/WK/023/14

1. Ghana Airports Company Limited; hereinafter referred to as GACl, of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its internally generated funds to cover the cost of Construction of Road Network and Car Park at Kumasi Airport. Tenderers with Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Classification D2K2 are eligible to participate in the tendering.

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) of the Republic of Ghana.

REHABILITATION OF STREETS AND CAR PARK PAVEMENTS AT SUNYANI AIRPORT

1. Ghana Airports Company Limited; hereinafter referred to as GACl, of the Republic of Ghana intends to apply part of its . internally generated funds to cover the cost of Rehabilitation of Streets and Car Park Pavements at Sunyani Airport. Tenderers with Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Classification D2K2 are eligible to participate in the tendering. 5. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Tender opening and must be accompanied by a Tender Security of three percent (3%) of Tender P rice from a bank or Tender Security of ten percent (10%) of Tender Price from an Insura nce company and shall be delivered to t he address specified below, on or
