Materials

Laminaria japonica (LJ) fucoidan and CT water extract were obtained from Misuba RTech Co., Ltd.

(Asan, Korea). Fucoidan and CT extract were kept at 4

o

C, mixed (1:3) and dissolved in purified water before use, and orally administered in a volume of 5 mL/kg.
