This tender deals with project "Green Establishments" at 582. Nr. Uttrup Ø velsesplads (Aalborg Barracks). The project is part of the development of the Armed Forces' establishments, which aims to limit energy consumption and CO2 emissions through sustainable solutions that are cost-effective, noticeable in everyday life, and which can create visibility and awareness of resource consumption. Climate change and scarce energy resources are one of the most important challenges of our time, and as a large company with a correspondingly large energy consumption, the Armed Forces sees it as its obligation to reduce climate impact and contribute to the goal of

Denmark being independent of fossil fuels by 2050. The Ministry of Defense has thus formulated "The Armed Forces' Climate and Energy Strategy 2012-2015", of which the present project is part of the implementation of the strategy.

The framework agreement aims to ensure the Ministry of Defence's authority's need for advice in connection with its activities in the Arctic (Faroe Islands and Greenland).

The Ministry of Defence's activities in the Arctic entail, among other things, the maintenance of a number of establishments and areas, etc., which is why there may be a need for external consultancy services in connection with nature and

The tender relates to a Framework Agreement on traffic signal systems and ITS equipment. TMF plans to use the Framework Agreement for ongoing ordering of tasks during the term of the agreement. The work includes in particular: Replacement of existing traffic signal and ITS equipment as well as establishment of new. Other construction work carried out in connection with the traffic signal work and where the signal work constitutes the main purpose.

The individual order will typically take place as a specialist contract for Traffic Signals or as a main contract as an overall construction project, where the signal work

constitutes the main purpose. All work must be performed with emission-free or fossil-free work machines. TMF has a parallel Framework Agreement with an external operating contractor for the operation and maintenance of the City of Copenhagen's traffic signaling system and ITS equipment. The framework agreement is expected to have a total annual value of between DKK 70 million. and DKK 75 million. kr.
