Vejle Fjernvarme has received approval for a project proposal to carry out district heating in Uhrhøj Øst in Vejle, so that consumers can convert from gas to district heating. Establishment of the distribution network is divided into four stages, where this pipe tender contains stages 2 to 4. The pipe delivery has a scope of approx. 9 km of main lines, and the main contractor for construction and forging work is Munck Forsyningsledninger A / S.

Electrical and forging work on the Armed Forces' ships: The framework agreement includes ongoing modification and repair on board the ships, including new

installations. This type of work must typically be carried out quickly and efficiently, so that the ships' readiness is affected as little as possible. As a result, there is a need for mechanical and electrical technical assistance from external companies, which are initiated at short notice when the need arises. Furthermore, part of the work takes place in collaboration with other craftsman competencies, such as painters,

insulators, scaffolding workers and crane operators. In this tender, it is possible to bid for one or more of a total of 4 different framework agreements (lots). These four agreements include the following: Agreement covering electrical work in Eastern Denmark, agreement on blacksmithing in Eastern Denmark, agreement covering electrical work in Western Denmark and agreement covering blacksmithing in Western Denmark. Each framework agreement will be awarded to 3 actors based on the

cascade principle. The exact geographical scope is described in the individual framework agreements.

Denmark has established a Coastal Radar Surveillance System (in the following referred to as “KYRA”) for Maritime Surface Surveillance.

As Denmark is implementing a number of windmill projects at sea it is necessary to supplement KYRA with a number of “gap-filler” radars to compensate for the influence from the windmills.

This means that the gap-filler radars must be able to detect the same objects as the radars in service in KYRA.

The gap-filler radars must be able to operate uninterrupted under severe weather conditions offered at the locations of the windmill installations at sea within the Danish waters, including but not limited to the North Sea, Kattegat and the Baltic Sea.

DALO intends to use the Products, Spare Parts and Services of the Agreement to compensate for the negative influence that the current and future windmill projects will have on KYRA. This means that the Agreement will be used individually for each windmill project.

Energinet wishes to change its vegetation management process to ensure a greater understanding of the vegetation around the overhead lines, by having reliable data.

In part of 2019 and 2020 all Energinet’s approximate 3000 km overhead lines were scanned using LiDAR technology as a first step towards data driven vegetation management.

Using LiDAR (or similar) data as a driver for vegetation management will be a new way of working for Energinet. We are looking for a long-term partner to help with the transition to a data driven vegetation management process. The tenderer will be responsible for capturing data of our overhead lines and process the data through steps of characterization, analysis, reporting, and visualization.

We are also hoping that the partnership can take data driven vegetation management a step further, by looking into ways to predict how the risk will change over time when looking at vegetation growth, e.g., by developing a growth model.
