3. 추심 후 지급(Collection)

ƒ 매입이 이루어져야 하는 기간을 촉박하게 요구하는 조건

ƒ B/L을 요구하면서 선적항 또는 도착항이 육지(공항)로 표시된 신용장

ƒ Shipment to be made from Seoul, Korea.

ƒ 신용장의 유효조건을 제한하는 신용장

ƒ This L/C will be operative on receipt of qualified agreement to reimburse from ADB.

ƒ 대금의 일부 또는 전부가 수입상의 의도에 따라 결정되는 조건

ƒ 70% of invoice value available at sight and the

remainder to be negotiated upon receipt of invoice from applicant that they are satisfied with the

merchandise.
