After the child came back from the school

1 Does it take a long time for him/her to start to study alone, such as homework or study?

1) Start it right away

2) Start it after 1 to 2 instructions 3) Start it after 3 to 4 instructions 4) Start it after 5 or more instructions 5) Cannot start at all

2 Does he/she dislike or avoid to do homework that require long attention span when he/she study alone?

1) Does not dislike or avoid 2) Dislikes it but doesn’t avoid
