The 0000 Regional Office of the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs(MPVA) informs you that the submission of the Notarized Statement of Personal Data is due on May 20
2021. Please refer to the following information and submit the Notarized Statement of Personal Data to the 0000 Regional Office of Patriots and Veterans Affairs through registered mail or express mail.
The Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs(MPVA) pays on 15 June 2021 the benefit that amounts to the period from the next month of previous notarization to the month of notarization of the latter half of 2021.
