KNU Promotional UCC Competition
KNU Office of International Affairs holds 『KNU Promotional UCC Competition』 for all enrolled KNU students. We hope many International students will participate in this competition.

❍ (Competition Name) 『2020 KNU Promotional UCC Competition』
❍ (Competition Period) 2020. 10. 28.(Wed) ∼ 11. 20.(Fri)
❍ (Participants) All Enrolled KNU Students (Korean and International)
※ Individual and team participation is possible. However, a team must include at least one enrolled KNU student
❍ (Competition Theme)
- International Promotional Video showing characteristics and merits of KNU
❍ (Entry Format)
- Format: Visual content such as video, animation, motion graphics etc.
- Standard requirements: file of no more than 3 minutes in .mp4, .avi or .wmv format, with resolution of 1280×720 Pixel or more
- Language: Korean or English
※ Korean subtitles in English language video and English subtitles in Korean language video are strongly recommended

together with application form and personal information collection agreement below.
❍ (Submission Period) 2020. 11. 16.(Mon) ∼ 11. 20.(Fri) ❍ (Important Notes)
- Submitted work must be an original piece. Award-winning works from other competitions can not be submitted. Award will be revoked and prize money withdrawn if such piece is discovered.
- All pictures, videos and music source used in the submitted work should have no legal issues such as copyright infringement. If any concerns arise over copyright infringement, all responsibility rests with the participant.
- Copyright and the right of usage for all works and ideas submitted in the competition belong to KNU Office of International Affairs; award-winning work might be reprocessed and used as KNU promotional material.

Collection and Use of Personal Information Agreement
1. Collection and use of personal information objective
- Program participation application and program management.
- ID confirmation, announcement of results, award presentation etc.
2. List of collected and used personal information
Name and surname, university department, student number, tel. number, e-mail, account number etc.
3. Personal information retention and usage period
Disposal within 3 months after fulfilling the objective of usage.
4. Right to agreement refusal and disadvantages of refusal
All participants have a right to refuse collection and usage of personal information.
Disadvantages of refusal: Above mentioned personal information is essential in the participation application process. Therefore, in case of refusal to collect and use of personal information, a participant is unable to apply.
I, the undersigned, fully understand the content of the agreement. I agree to collection and usage of my personal information by KNU Office of International Affairs in accordance with Personal Information Protection Act and relevant regulations.
