Subject: Restrictions on the operation of all activities to prevent the spread of coronavirus- borne diseases (Covid-19)

Considering the current situation of Coronavirus Rage (Covid-19) infection, the following conditions have been imposed from 06.00 hrs 01 July 2021 to midnight on 07 July 2021:

The following terms and conditions will be in force from 28 April 2021 midnight to 5 May 2021 Midnight:

1.1 All government, semi-government, autonomous and private offices will be closed;

1.2 Road, rail and waterways will be closed to public transport (including domestic flights) and all types of motor vehicles will be halted.

1.3 Markets including shopping malls will be closed;

1.4 All tourist centers, resorts, community centers, and recreation centers will be closed

1.5 Public gatherings such as social (wedding ceremonies (Walima), birthdays, picnics, parties, etc.), political and religious observances will be closed.

1.6 The Supreme Court of Bangladesh will issue necessary directions regarding the courts;

1.7 Bangladesh Bank will issue necessary instructions to ensure banking services;

1.8 Law and order and emergency services, such as agricultural products and materials (fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, agricultural machinery, etc.), transportation of food grains and foodstuffs, relief distribution, health care, Covid-19 vaccination, revenue collection activities, electricity, water, Gas / Energy, Fire Service, Telephone & Internet (Public - Private), Media (Print &

Electronic Media), Private Security, Postal Services, Banks, Pharmacies & Pharmaceuticals and other Essential / Essential Products and Services will be able to travel and be subject to display of institutional identity card;

1.9 Trucks / lorries / covered vans / cargo vessels used for transportation of goods will be exempted from the ban;

1.10 Ports (air, sea, naval and maritime) and related offices shall be excluded from the scope of this prohibition;

1.11 Industries and factories will continue to operate under their own management following health regulations;

1.12 Bazaars and daily necessities can be bought and sold in the open space from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in accordance with hygiene rules and to be maintained by the Concerned trade organization / market authority.

1.13 No one can go out of the house except in case of urgent need (purchase of medicine and daily necessities, medical services, burial / burial etc.). Legal action will be taken against those who disobey the instructions;

1.14 Vaccination cards can be used to travel for vaccination;

1.15 Food Stores, Hotel - Restaurant will be able to sell food only if(Online / Take away) from 08.00 am to 08.00 pm;

1.16 International flights will continue and foreign travelers will be able to travel using the car by displaying their international travel tickets;

1.17 The Ministry of Religious Affairs will issue instructions regarding prayers in the mosque following the hygiene rules;

1.18 The Armed Forces Department will deploy the required number of troops to ensure effective field patrols under the Army in Aid to Civil Power Act. The district magistrate will confirm the matter in consultation with the local army commander;

1.19 The district magistrate will hold a coordination meeting with the concerned officers at the district level to determine the jurisdiction, method and time of patrolling of army, BGB, police, RAB and Ansar. He will take action if there is a need for special corner activities locally. The concerned Ministries / Departments will provide necessary instructions in this regard at the field level;

1.20 The Ministry of Public Administration will ensure the appointment of the required number of Executive Magistrates at the field level;

1.21 And the Director General of the Department of Health will empower the district administration and the police force to take legal action on his behalf.

2 In this case, it is requested to take necessary action in the matter mentioned.
