3. 코로나19 바이러스 감염 확산 방지와 협소한 사증 접수 대기실내 대면 접촉 최소화를 위해, 사증 발급신청서는 총영사관 홈페이지에서 양식을 내려 받아 반드시 작성을 완료한 후 입장해야 함.

ᄋ 법무부의 사증 규정 강화로 인하여 기존에 심사 기간보다 많은 시간이 소요되고 있으며, 지정된 수령일이 없음. 심사 결과는 문자 SMS 통지함.
5. 사증은 단수사증(유효기간 3개월)만 발급

ᄋ It takes longer time to process than usual. There is no designated collection date when the application is made. The application result and collection date will be informed by SMS message via mobile phone when the procedure is completed.
5. All visas will be issued as single entry with validity of 3 months.

라. 사증 심사기간 및 처리절차
ᄋ 사증심사 기간 : 7 근무일 (사증발급인정서 번호를 가지고 신청시 2~3 근무일 소요) (사증 신청일, 공휴일, 토요일, 일요일 불포함)
- 추가서류 제출이 필요할 경우 더 많은 기간이 소요될 수 있으니, 처음 신청시 구비 서류를 완벽히 준비하여 신청해야 함.
- 이 기간 중 신청인의 여권 원본은 영사관에 보관되며, 증빙서류로 [접수증]을 발급 함.(여행 계획은 신청 전 충분히 고려해야 함.)
- 긴급 사증 발급은 없으며, 청탁, 강요, 독촉이 있을 경우 사증을 불허함.

3. 사증 신청시 유념할 몇가지 중요한 사항
가. 사증 불허의 사유
ᄋ 유효한 여권을 수지하지 않거나, 입국목적 및 체류기간이 명확하지 않을 경우
ᄋ 대한민국의 이익이나 공공의 안전을 해하는 행동(불법체류 등)을 할 염려가 있다고 인정할 만한 상당한 이유가 있는 경우
ᄋ 경제질서 또는 사회질서를 해하거나, 선량한 풍속을 해하는 행동을 할 염려가 있다고 인정할만한 상당한 이유가 있는 경우
ᄋ 전염병환자, 마약류중독자, 정신장애자, 방랑자, 빈곤자, 기타 입국규제자 등
ᄋ 사증발급신청서에 허위사실을 기재하거나 허위의 서류를 제출한 경우 또는 제출서류 미비의 경우
ᄋ 담당영사의 인터뷰 요청에 불응하거나 거짓 답변 또는 답변을 회피한 경우 ᄋ 명확한 입국목적 및 체류기간을 제시하지 않는 경우 등
나. 제출할 서류의 작성ᆞ준비 요령
ᄋ 본인의 입국 목적에 맞는 사증별로 제출해야할 서류를 모두 구비하여 신청해야 함.
- 특정 구비서류의 제출이 불가할 경우, 그 구비서류의 내용을 입증할 수 있는 다른 서류로 대체하여 제출 가능
- 사증발급신청서, 초청장 등 사증신청 시 제출서류 양식은 총영사관 홈페이지 >>

※ 사증 신청시 제출한 서류 및 수수료는 일체 반환되지 않음.
ᄋ 사증발급신청서
- 사증발급신청서 작성시 해당사항을 모두 상세히 기재하여야 하며, 반드시 연락 전화번호를 기재하고 본인이 서명해야 함. (허위내용 기재시 사증이 불허될 수 있음) ᄋ 초청장(초청사유서)
- 초청장에는 초청자와 피초청자의 인적사항, 연락처, 초청사유(목적), 초청기간, 국내 체류 기간 중 신원보증 등의 내용을 기재한 뒤 자필서명 또는 날인해야 함.
ᄋ 사업자등록증명, 납세사실증명, 가족관계증명, 혼인관계증명 등은 사증신청일 기준 3개월 이내에 발급된 것이어야 함.
- 한국의 사업자등록증명, 납세사실증명원 국세청 홈텍스(http://www.hometax.go.kr) 또는 세무서에서 발급
다. 사증의 효력
ᄋ 사증에 표기된 입국만료일은 동 사증을 갖고 한국에 입국할 수 있는 최종일임.
- 사증에 표기된 체류기간은 한국에 입국한 이후 체류할 수 있는 최대 기간임.
- 동 체류기간을 초과하여 계속 체류하고자 하는 경우 한국에서 관계기관(출입국관리 사무소)에 신청하여 사전에 별도 허가를 받아야 함.
ᄋ 사증종류 (S/D/M)는 사증에 표기된 입국만료일까지 입국 가능한 횟수 표시 - 단수사증(S) : 입국만료일(발급일로부터 3개월) 이내 1회 입국 가능 - 더블사증(D) : 입국만료일(발급일로부터 6개월) 이내 2회 입국 가능
- 복수사증(M) : 입국만료일(발급일로부터 1~5년) 까지 자유롭게 입출국 가능
ᄋ 사증을 발급받았더라도 국내 입국 심사시 입국부적격자로 판명되어 입국이 거부될 수도 있으며, 이러한 경우 사증을 발급한 공관에서는 일체의 책임을 지지 않음.
ᄋ 사증에 기재된 체류자격은 국내 체류기간 중 활동범위를 나타내며, 체류자격과 다른 활동 을 하고자 하는 경우 법무부(출입국관리사무소)로부터 별도 허가를 받아야 함.
라. 사증 불허처분을 받은 자가 새로이 사증을 신청하고자 할 경우, 특별한 사유가 없는 한 불허 일로부터 2개월 경과 후 재신청 가능
마. 1인이 가질 수 있는 유효한 사증은 1개 이며, 2개의 사증을 동시에 보유할 수 없음.
ᄋ 새로운 자격의 사증을 발부받게 될 경우 기존의 사증은 취소(Canceled)됨. /끝/

ㅇ Processing Time : 7 working days(2~3 working days if applicant presents the [Certificate for Confirmation of Visa Issuance]) (The submission day, Sat, Sun and public holidays are excluded)
- In sufficient supporting documents will cause unnecessary delay in the processing of the application, therefore applicants must prepare a complete set of required documents upon submission.
- During this time, the applicant’s original passport will be kept at the Consulate and a receipt will be issued as proof. Please consider your travel plans carefully.
- There is no urgent visa issuance or expedited service, and any solicitation, coercion or urging will result in visa denial.

3.Important Notice for Visa Application
a. Grounds for Visa Refusal
ㅇ Applicants without a valid passport or without clear purpose of visit and period of sojourn
ㅇ Applicants who are considered to engage in activities that harm the interest of the Republic of Korea and public safety(Illegal stay, etc)
ㅇ Applicants who are considered to engage in activities that harm economic or social order or virtuous customs
ㅇ Applicants with communicable disease of public health significance; a substance abuser; suffers from a mental disorder that is a threat to others; homeless; entry-restricted persons, etc.
ㅇ Applicants who fail to adhere to the requirements, providing false statement in the application form or submitting false documents may lead to a denial.
ㅇ Applicants who do not respond to an interview request from a consular officer; who do not conducts themselves honestly in answering questions
b.How to prepare and fill out the required documents
ㅇ It is important that visa applicants should submit all the required documents according to the respective type of visa for the purpose of visit.
- If any specific documents are not available for submission, applicants should provide
supplementary documentations that can prove exactly the same contents of this specific document.
- Required documents for Visa Application such as application form and the sample of invitation letter can be downloaded at the homepage of Korean Consulate General.

- Applicant must write his/her details in the form with phone number and duly sign.
(Application maybe denied if false statements are found.) ㅇ Letter of Invitation (Letter of Reason for Invitation)
- The following information is required in the Letter of Invitation with sign and seal: personal particulars of applicant and person(s) who invite the visa applicant, contact information, purpose of invitation (reason for invitation), and personal reference during stay in Korea.
ㅇ Documents as listed below should be issued within the past three months of application submission date: Business Registration, Corporate Registration, Tax Payment Proof, Family Registry Certificate, Marriage Registry Certificate, etc.

c. Effectiveness of Visa
ㅇ Visa Expiration Date is the last date you are permitted to enter the Republic of Korea.
- The length of your visit as indicated on your visa is the maximum period you can stay with the same visa in the Republic of Korea.
- Permission for extension of stay in Korea should be requested in advance before expiration to the Korea Immigration Service Office in the Republic of Korea.
ㅇ Visa Category (S/D/M) means the number of entry you are permitted to make until the visa expiration date.
- Single Entry (S) : You may enter one time before the visa expiration date (3 months from visa issuance date)
- Double-Entry (D) : You may enter two times before the visa expiration date (6 months from visa issuance date)
- Multiple-Entry (M) : You may enter freely before the visa expiration date (1~5 years from visa issuance date)
ㅇ Note that a visa does not guarantee entry to the Republic of Korea. You may be denied entry into the Republic of Korea if you do not satisfy all eligibility requirements for entry. In such circumstances, the embassy or consulate office which issued your visa does not take any responsibility.
ㅇ Foreigners' sojourn qualifications as shown on the visa indicate the range of activities that is permitted in Korea. Foreigners who intend to engage in activities outside the scope allowed by the visa must obtain a permit from the Minister of Justice (Korean Immigration Service) in advance.
d.Previously denied visa applicant may reapply after two months under normal circumstances.

三. 申請簽證特別注意事項 1. 被拒簽的理由
ᄋ 持無效護照或入境目的及停留期間不明確
ᄋ 有充分理由認定有可能危害大韓民國的利益或公共安全(非法逗留等) ᄋ 有充分理由認定有可能妨害大韓民國經濟, 社會秩序或良好風俗
ᄋ 傳染病患者, 吸毒者, 精神障礙者, 流浪者, 貧困者及其他禁止入境者等 ᄋ 在簽證申請表上記載虛假信息或申請人提交虛假資料或申請表內容不實 ᄋ 拒絕負責領事的接見要求或虛假答複或回避答複
ᄋ 無法明示其入境目的及停留時間
2. 申請材料的填寫及準備要點
ᄋ 申請簽證時, 根據本人入境目的, 按照簽證類別須一切准備所需資料 - 所需資料中如有無法提交的, 可用證明其原因的資料來代替

- 申請表要逐項詳細填寫, 須填寫可隨時聯絡的電話號碼, 並由本人簽字(任何不實內容, 有 可能導致拒簽)
ᄋ 邀請函(邀請理由書)
- 邀請函應記載邀請人及被邀請人的基本信息, 聯絡方式, 邀請理由(目的), 邀請時間, 在韓 停留期間遵守韓國有關法令等內容, 並簽字·蓋章
- 商業登記證明, 納稅事實證明, 親屬關系證明, 婚姻關系證明等政府機關發出的資料上述資 料自簽發之日起三個月內有效
- 韓國的商業登記證明及納稅事實證明由韓國國稅廳Hometax(http//www.hometax.go.kr) 或是稅務所簽發
3. 簽證的效力
ᄋ 在簽證上標注的入境截止日是指持有該簽證的人可以入境韓國的最後日子 - 簽證的停留期是指在有效期內入境後最長可在韓停留的時間
- 如欲逾期停留, 應向韓國法務部(出入境事務處)申請後, 提前獲得允許 ᄋ 簽證種類(S/D/M) 系指在簽證上標注的入境截止日前可入境的次數
- 單次簽證(S) : 在簽證上的入境截止日(從簽發之日起三個月)前可入境1次 - 兩次簽證(D) : 在簽證上的入境截止日(從簽發之日起六個月)前可入境2次 - 多次簽證(M) : 在簽證上的入境截止日(從簽發之日起一至五年)前可自由出入境
ᄋ 即便持有簽證, 在入境審查時如被認定爲不許入境者, 將被拒絕入境, 領館對此不負任何責任 ᄋ 簽證停留資格系指在韓停留目的, 如從事與停留資格不符的其他活動, 應獲得法務部(出入境管
理事務處)的允許
4. 簽證被拒後，如無特殊原因，只能在自拒簽日起2個月後重新申請
5. 一人可持有的有效簽證只有一個，無法同時持有兩個簽證 ᄋ 簽發新資格的簽證時，既有的簽證將自動取消 /完/
