Notice for the 2nd Selected Candidates__2015 GKS-KGSP Graduate
1. 건강검진 (전체 2차 합격자)
여러분의 2차 합격을 진심으로 축하드립니다. 각 후보자는 거주지에서 개인별로 건 강검진을 실시하고, 그 결과표를 NIIED로 송부해야 합니다. 건강검진 방법은 자신의 거주지의 종합병원을 방문하여 먼저 <Form 1>을 스스로 체크한 후에, <Form 1>과
<Form 2>를 담당의사에게 제출하여 건강검진을 받습니다. 건강검진 후 <Form 2>에 담당의사의 서명을 득한 후에 <Form 1>, <Form 2>와 검진결과를 모두 NIIED에 제출합 니다.

1. Medical Checkup (For ALL the 2nd Successful Candidates)
Congratulations to successful candidates! Each candidate has to get medical checkup individually in your own place of residence and send the result to NIIED. Please find the attached Medical checkup forms. You have to fill out <Form 1> first. Next, you could visit a comprehensive hospital near your residences and submit <Form 1> & <Form 2> to a doctor. After you get a medical checkup and get the doctor's signature on <Form 2>, you have to send both <Form 1> & <Form 2> and the medical checkup results to NIIED directly.

2. 입학전형 (공관추천자만 해당)
각 후보자가 제출한 장학생 지원 서류를 NIIED에서 본인의 지망대학(지원서류에 기재한 3개 대학)으로 송부하여 입학심사를 의뢰합니다. 해당 대학에서는 장학생 지원서류를 토대로 5월1일부터 5월22일까지 입학심사를 한 후 합격여부를 결정하여 5월29일까지 지원자 개인과 NIIED에 통보합니다. 이때 각 대학에서는 후보자 개인에게 추가서류 를 요구할 수 있으므로 각 후보자는 이 시기에 한국에서 오는 메일이나 전화를 주 의 깊게 받기 바랍니다.
대학에서 심사가 끝난 후, 각 후보자는 자신이 지원한 대학으로부터 입학 합격유무를 5월 29일까지 통보받을 것이며, 자신이 입학을 허가받은 대학 중, 최종 진학 희망대 학(1개)을 선택하여 6월5일까지 <붙임>의 회신 서식을 작성하여 NIIED에 송부해야 합 니다. 그 회신을 토대로 NIIED에서는 후보자의 최종합격을 결정하며, 합격한 후보자에 게 비자 발급을 위한 초청장을 발급하게 됩니다. 만일 5월29일까지 입학허가를 받지 못하거나, 6월5일까지 NIIED에 최종입학대학을 서식으로 통보하지 않을 경우 KGSP 장 학생으로 선발되지 못함을 유의하시기 바랍니다. 또한 한국어연수는 NIIED가 지정한 연수기관에서 1년간 받게 되며, 한국어능력시험(TOPIK) 5급 이상을 취득한 후보자는 한국어연수를 면제받고 반드시 바로 조기진학해야 합니다.

2. Application for University Admission (Only for the Embassy Quota Candidates)
The documents that each candidate submitted will be sent by NIIED to his/her applying 3 universities (written on application form) for a general admission of the applicants. Each university will decide admissions by judging upon the documents of applicants from May 1st to May 22nd. During this period, make sure each candidate doesn't miss calls or emails from Korea in case university itself might require additional documents individually.
Each candidate will get a notice of either a success or fail from the university they applied by May 29th. They have to choose one of universities admitted, fill out the reply form (attached separately), and send it to NIIED by June 5th. If you don't get any notice from your applied universities by May 29th, you must contact the universities to check the
result. NIIED will decide the final successful candidates with the result of medical checkup and university admission, and send them the official invitation letter for issuing a visa. If you don't get any admission from a university or don't send the reply form to NIIED by June 5th, you will be failed to be accepted as a KGSP grantee.
In addition, you will take a one-year Korean language training in a Korean language institute dispatched by NIIED. If you have level 5 or level 6 in TOPIK(Test of Proficiency in Korean), you will be exempted from the Korean language training, and you must start your degree studying from Sep, 2015 without Korean language training (mandatory.)
