Having seen Royal Kram No. NSIRKM/0618/012 dated 28 June 2018 promulgating the Law on Organization and Functioning of the CounciI of Ministers

Having seen RoyaI Kram No. NS/RKM/OI05/003 dated 17 January 2005 promulgating the Law on Establishment ofthe Ministry ofLabour and Vocational Training

Havingseen Royal Kram No. ChSIRKM 0397/01 dated 13 March 1997 promulgatingthe LabourLaw Having seen Sub-Decree No. 283/ANKr.BK dated 14 November 2014 on Organization and Functioning of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training

In accordance with the necessity

Decides Article 1

The Prakas no. 360/19 k.b/br.k.k.b.k dated 28 Ausgust 2019 on Determination of Types of Occupations and Profess.ions Prohibited for Forcign Workers has been abrogated.

Article 2

Director of the Cabinet, Director General of Administration and Finance, Director General of Labour、 Director of the Department of Employment and Manpower. Director of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health, Director of the Deparlment of Labour Disputes. Directors of the Departments under the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, and Directors of Municipal- Provincial Dcp때ments ofLabour and Vocational Training shall implement this Prakas in accordance with their respectivc tasks from the date of signing hereafter.
