The employer hereby declares that the transferred employee is qualified by his/her professional qualification, i.e. by the level of education and professional skills, to perform work on the working position mentioned above and that the working position to which he/she will be transferred corresponds to the type of position hitherto occupied for his/her employer.
The employer furthermore declares to have concluded an agreement with the organizational unit / commercial company (leave out what is not applicable) to which the employee mentioned above is to be transferred saying that this organizational unit / commercial company (leave out what is not applicable) shall in the Czech Republic apply for including of the Intra-corporate transfer of the employee concerned in the project ”Accelerated Procedure for Intra-Corporate Transferees of Foreign Investors”.
