5 -6 Grammar 개념 확인

수여동사 + 간접목적어 + 직접목적어

수여동사는 두 개의 목적어를 취하는 동사로 문장에 사용되며, “~에게 …을/를 (해)주다”로 해석한다.

4형식 문장 → 3형식 문장: 동사에 따라 전치사 to, for, of를 쓴다.

to를 사용하는 동사 give, lend, send, pass, sell, tell, show, teach, bring, write, offer 등

Emma teaches us English.

for를 사용하는 동사 buy, make, cook, get, find, build 등 Will you buy me a new bike?

→ Will you buy for ?

of를 사용하는 동사 ask Can I ask you a question?

→ Can I ask of ?
