Period(expected) : Jan 2020 – Dec 2020 (12months)
* The starting date may be pushed back to February or March if a successful bidder has not been selected before the start of service period.
* When gardening services are no longer required due to certain circumstances or budget limit, the contract may be terminated earlier than indicated with 1 month prior notification or workload may be reduced.

Bidder Evaluation Method: Qualification examination by the Embassy
Bidders are examined by their bidding prices and the selection criteria attached below, and need to earn at least 85 points or above from the selection criteria
Bidders in the order of the lowest bidding prices below the ‘reserved price’ will be examined their qualification based on the selection criteria
* Reserved Price: Average price of 4 estimated random prices that have been selected the most by bidders (bidders choose 2 out of 15 estimated random prices)
* Estimated Random Price: 15 random prices (within ±2% of the Set Price) set by the Embassy * Set Price: maximum budget price (GST included) set by the Embassy

Attachment 3 – Task Instructions
Task Instructions
1. Mowing and edging, including bi-annual fertilizer treatment of lawns 2. Weed control
3. Maintaining Rose Garden, including pest control and annual fertilizing 4. Blowing and sweeping all paved areas and driveways
5. Minor irrigation maintenance (above ground only, no controllers or solenoid taps) 6. Tree pruning up to 4 meters
7. Checking trees for safety concerns such as limbs prone to falling or near power lines, notifying as appropriate
8. Pruning of hedges, shrubs and groundcover in garden beds
9. Monitor plant and lawn health and spray herbicides and pesticides as required
Flexible to cater for irregular requirements such as storm damage or extra tidying for functions at the property
