사람들이 집을 구하는 과정에 대해 이야기해 주세요.
거주 목적의 집이나 아파트를 구할 때, 사람들이 일단 지역을 정한다. 그런 다음 살 집의 크기와 주거 형태를 정한다. 그 다 음으로 인터넷으로 검색을 해서 그 동네의 시세를 확인한다. 요즘은 각종 부동산 앱이 많이 나와 있어서, 시장에 나와 있는 집을 확인하는 것이 쉬워졌다. 집에 대한 상세한 정보와 각종 사진들이 앱에 올라와 있다. 조건에 맞는 집을 찾으면, 해당 글을 올린 부동산에 전화를 한다. 그리고 중개인과 함께 그 집을 직접 보러 간다. 주로 몇 군데를 돌면서 비교를 하게 된다.
최종적으로 결정을 내리면, 임대 계약을 한다. 일단, 집을 잡아 두기 위해 보증금의 일부를 계약금으로 지불한다. 마지막으 로 집세에 대한 협의를 하고, 이사 시기를 정한다.

Talk about the steps people take when getting a home.
When people look for a house or apartment to live in, they begin by setting their sights on a location. Then, they narrow down the size and type of housing. Afterwards, they usually search online to check the market price of the neighborhood. There are many real estate apps these days, so checking the houses on the market is a cinch. In-depth information and photographs are posted on the apps. When a house-hunter finds a house that fits the bill, they dial up the real estate dealer who put up the post. They go with a real estate agent to see the house in person.
Usually, they visit several places to compare and contrast. When they finalize their decision, they sign a rental contract. First, they pay part of the security deposit as a down payment to call dibs on the house. Finally, they reach an agreement on the rent, and decide when to move in.
