해 상 선 하 증 권 해 상 운 송 장

유가증권이므로 유통가능 단순한 운송화물 수취증이므로 유통불능

수하인을 지시식과 소지인식으로 기재할 수 있기 때문에 배서나 교부에 의해 수하인의 권리를 양도 할 수 있다.
