① has been resided in Hong Kong/Macau (with a long-term stay visa) for the last 2 consecutive years

ᄋ It takes at least seven (7) working days (the submission day, Sat, Sun and public holidays are excluded) to process the visa.
ᄋ The original passport of the applicant will be kept at the consulate during the application period. Once the application is accepted, we will issue a [receipt] as the proof.
ᄋ The purchase of air tickets (payment of the cost) should be made AFTER the visa is granted and the Consulate is NOT responsible for any purchases made prior to the visa approval.
ᄋ All submitted documents and visa application fee are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Please prepare in both original and copies for documents that originals cannot be submitted.
ᄋ There is NO emergency visa issuance or expedited service available.
Calling the Consulate to hasten the application process will cause further delay instead and any solicitation, coercion or urging will result in visa denial.
ᄋ In order to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the visa screening process, applicant may be requested to provide additional documents deemed necessary. In this case, the screening period will take longer and please consider thoroughly of your travel plan before the visa application.

b. The listed 34 nationals who has being resided in HK more than 2 years, should provide the previous 2 years’ residing visas which issued by HK Immigration Department (original and copy) c. The listed 34 nationals who has being resided in Macau more
than 2 years, should provide the Certificate issued by Macau Immigration Office, which indicates the residing records in Macau of last 2 years (original).
ᄋ Note:
- Holder of HKSAR passport, Macau SAR passport, HKDI or Macau Travel Permit is not required to submit a,b, and c.
- Holder of P.R. Chinese passport is not required to submit b and c.

ᄋ 購買機票(支付費用)應在簽證獲批後進行, 任何在簽證獲批前的購買或相關費用, 本領事館概不 負責｡

□ 전문직업 (E-5 / 체류기간 1년 이하 단수사증 발급)
* 특정 전문직업에 종사하기 위해 대한민국 입국
- 국내 항공사에 고용되어 항공기 조종사로 근무하는 자
- 국내 운수회사에 고용되어 선장 등 선박운항에 필수요원으로 소속 중앙행정 기관장의 고용추천을 받은 자
ᄋ 다음의 법무부 고시 34개국 국가 국민이 사증을 신청할 경우 반드시 아래 ①, ② 의 조건을 모두 충족해야만 사증 신청이 가능함.
① 최근 2년째 홍콩/마카오에 장기체류사증을 소지 및 거주하고,
② 사증 신청시 3개월 이상 체류할 수 있는 홍콩/마카오 장기체류사증을 소지해야 함

ᄋ 사증심사기간 : 최소 7 근무일(사증신청일, 공휴일, 토요일, 일요일은 불포함)
ᄋ 사증 신청기간 중 신청인의 여권 원본은 총영사관에서 보관되며, 서류 접수가 완료 후 증빙서류로 [접수증]을 발급함.
ᄋ 항공권의 구매(비용지불)는 한국사증을 받은 후 해야 하며, 사증승인 전 구매된 항공권에 대한 책임은 총영사관에 없음.
ᄋ 사증 신청시 제출한 서류와 수수료는 일체 반환되지 않음.
보관이 필요한 중요 서류는 원본 및 사본을 같이 준비 후 신청해야 함.
ᄋ 긴급 사증 발급 없으며, 청탁, 강요, 독촉이 있을 경우 사증을 불허함.
ᄋ 개별 심사 과정에서 사증심사의 정확성과 효율성을 위해 규정된 서류 이외에 추가서류 제출을 요구할 수도 있으며, 이 경우 심사 기간이 더 소요되기 때문에 신청 전 한국방문 일정을 충분히 고려해야 함
