CAREER SYNOPSIS

As a licensed Mechanical Engineer in the Philippines, I have more than two (2) years of extensive experience in piping design for international projects using Plant Design and Management System (PDMS) and 2D drafting using AutoCAD such as general arrangement drawing, isometric drawing, and pipe support fabrication drawings with a proven ability to become a team leader as well as a team player.

My formal education is similarly intensive having a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Mapua Institute of Technology.

I am single, reside in the Philippines, communicate native language, Filipino, proficient in English and also speak and write elementary Japanese.

EXPERIENCE

ISHIKAWAJIMA-HARIMA HEAVY IND. CO. LTD. Philippines Inc (IHI Philippines Inc.) Subsidiary of Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries, Co., Ltd. (IHI) Corporation Japan. A design and engineering company involved in Oil & Gas process offshore/ onshore projects, Petroleum Refinery, Petrochemical & Chemical Process Plant, Pharmaceutical Process, LPG Terminals and LNG liquefaction-degasification Process.

Project-in-Charge: Petronet LNG Limited at Kochi, India

3D CAD modeling of piping, equipment as per supplier's details, cable trays, structure and frameworks using Plant Design and Management System (PDMS).

Involved in preparation of Piping Materials Specification (PMS) which includes pipe thickness calculation, branch reinforcement calculation and blank thickness calculation for cryogenic and service lines based from ASME B31.3.

Planned and budgeted with the group leader the forecasted man-hour accumulation for the duration of the project.

Prepared CAD Design instructions for the project's standard drawing or modeling rules and procedures.

Incorporate revision of all piping design by PDMS as per revised P&ID, flexibility analysis and client’s comments

Coordinated with the PIC of the project in IHI Japan for project schedule as well as comments or feedbacks.
