1) Tuition fee payment plan (2~3 weeks before the registration period)
2) Apply for the payment in installments (only for enrolled students who wish to pay in installments, apply through KNU Portal).
3) Print tuition bill ⇒ Transfer to an individual virtual account, pay at the designated bank C. Apply for the payment in installments.
Students having economic difficulties to pay in full are eligible to pay in installments.

Course Evaluation
A. Objectives
- The course evaluation is a critical system to improve the quality of the lecture by suggesting the learners’ comments and requirements regarding the contents and forms of the class to the instructors and the active participation of students is needed.
- It will not cause any disadvantages as personal information of students is not provided.
- The appropriate results will be yielded when each category is thoroughly considered and answered for this process is not to assess the preference for individual instructors but to evaluate the methods and contents of the lectures.

Summer/Winter Session
A. Purpose
To provide an opportunity to acquire credits, for students hoping for early graduation, minor, double major, course retake
B. Schedule & instruction
1) Schedule: winter/summer vacation period 2) Course period: 15days during each vacation
3) Admission qualification: Students who have taken at least two semesters 4) How to register: Online registration (Through website-KNU portal) 5) Number of credits: 6 credits per semester
6) Course Fee: course fee (1credit=23,000 KRW), research or practice course (1credit=26,000KRW)
Academic Status Change
A. Leave of absence
1) Leave of absence will be possible without tuition fee payment only during the designated period.
(After semester starts, for leave of absence he/she must make a payment tuition fee)
2) Application for leave of absence after the tuition fee payment, caused by family emergencies,
disease, pregnancy etc. should be sent to KNU OIA before administration office within 1/3 of the class days.
3) Note
- You will be recognized as expelled if you do not return after the expiration of the term of absence - After 1/3 of the class days, enrolled students will not be able to apply for a leave of absence.
- Freshmen are able to apply for a leave of absence after their first semester.

A. Language requirements for graduation 1) Undergraduate
- The international student admitted to the undergraduate course should acquire either level 4 or more on TOPIK or an English score above TOEFL (PBT 550, CBT 210, iBT 80), IELTS 5.5, TEPS 600, New TEPS 327, or TOEIC 700 before graduation.(The level 3 TOPIK is required for the KGSP student and the student studying on foreign government scholarship.) - The new student admitted to the departments of Arts & Sports and the
students from native English speaking countries (US, Canada, England, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland) are considered to have acquired the language requirements.
※The official language certificate must be submitted to the Office of International Affairs.
2) Graduate
- The international student admitted to the graduate school should acquire either level 4 or more on TOPIK or an English score above TOEFL (PBT 550, CBT 210, iBT 80),
